What information do you need for a booking inquiry?

To process your booking efficiently, please provide:

• Project details (campaign type, concept, usage)
• Shooting/event date(s) and location
• Number of models/talents needed
• Specific requirements (height, age range, look)
• Budget range
• Usage rights needed
• Any special skills required

How far in advance should I book models?

For standard bookings, we recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks in advance. For larger projects, events, or if you need multiple models, 3-4 weeks notice is ideal. For urgent requests, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is:

• Cancellation 7+ days before booking: No cancellation fee
• Cancellation 3-6 days before booking: 50% of agreed fee
• Cancellation less than 3 days before booking: 100% of agreed fee. Weather-related postponements may have different terms, please discuss with our booking team.
