Evergreen Talents was founded in 2012 by Eva Zalcman — a recognised Fashion Educator, fashion-week judge and trainer — on a simple frustration: too many talented people were shut out of modelling for lack of connections, and too many "courses" took their money and gave them nothing real.

So we built the opposite. A free, beginner-friendly open casting that anyone can walk into. Honest feedback. Proper training. Real representation that brands and casting directors actually call. Over the last three years alone, we've developed more than a thousand Malaysians into confident, working models.
