Can I sign up directly?
No. There's no public enrolment for Mastery. It's by selection only — the way in is to be scouted in person at one of our free open castings.
How are people selected?
Our team assesses genuine high-fashion, runway and editorial potential at a casting. If we see it, you're invited to talk with our leadership about the program.
How long is the course?
It's a focused six-week development program of intensive sessions, plus your editorial shoot and the assets you build along the way.
What is Evergreen Elite?
Our select high-fashion division. The strongest Mastery talent is developed toward Elite and placed with premium brands, designers and fashion weeks.
Is there a certificate?
Yes — graduates receive an MFMPA-endorsed fashion modelling certificate, alongside an editorial portfolio, a digital comp card and a professional casting video.
Does it guarantee high-fashion work?
No honest agency can guarantee specific jobs. What we promise is high-level training and a real, focused path toward premium bookings.
