• Casting and application information — age, measurements, photos, videos and background you share when applying, attending an open casting, or joining a program.
• Booking information when brands engage our talent.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.
• To run open castings, training programs and representation.
• To present and submit talent to brands and casting directors for bookings.
• To send you updates about castings, programs and offers where you have consented.
• To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Photos & media

Where you attend an open casting, shoot or program, any photography or video is handled under a separate participation and media-release consent that we ask you to agree to at the time. You can ask us about how your images are used at any time.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed: with brands and clients for the purpose of bookings (with your knowledge), with trusted service providers who help us operate (such as messaging, payment and IT providers), and where required by law.

5. Messaging & third-party platforms

When you contact us via WhatsApp or social media, those communications are also subject to the relevant platform's own privacy terms (for example, Meta Platforms). We use these channels to respond to you and manage enquiries.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
