These terms govern your use of the Evergreen Talents website (the "Site"), operated by EMA19 Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202401039598 / 1585445-P) ("Evergreen Talents", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Evergreen Talents is a modelling and talent agency based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, operating since 2012. The Site provides information about our services, programs and talent.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that could harm Evergreen Talents or others. The information on the Site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, branding and design — is owned by or licensed to Evergreen Talents and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.
4. Open castings, programs & bookings
Information about open castings, training programs and talent on the Site is indicative. Participation in any casting or program, and any engagement of our talent, is subject to separate terms and arrangements provided at the time. Attending a casting or completing a program does not guarantee representation, bookings or paid work.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or platforms (such as WhatsApp, Google and social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their use is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is". While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Evergreen Talents shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
